City Hall - Disneyland Park

The main information center for Disneyland Park is located at City Hall on the left side of Town Square, just after entering through Main Street Station. City Hall serves as the primary guest relations hub offering comprehensive assistance for all visitor needs.

Opening Hours: Opens 30 minutes before park opening

Studio Services - Walt Disney Studios Park

The equivalent guest relations center in Walt Disney Studios Park, offering the same comprehensive services as City Hall but typically with shorter wait times.

Location: Right side of Place des Frères Lumière, Front Lot area
Key Features:

  • Same services as City Hall
  • Generally less crowded
  • Marvel Campus information available
  • Adjacent to stroller and wheelchair rentals

Additional Guest Relations Locations

Guest Relations desks are also available outside the park entrances, near the right-hand side entry/exit turnstiles. These locations primarily handle:

  • Ticketing issues and Annual Pass services
  • Pre-visit concerns and questions
  • Post-visit feedback
  • Park ticket purchases and upgrades

Accessibility Services

Priority Access Pass (formerly DAS)

Disneyland Paris offers the Priority Access Pass system for guests with disabilities, providing priority (but non-immediate) access to attractions, shows, and experiences.

Types of Access Passes:

  • Priority Card: For guests officially registered as disabled
  • Easy Access Card (Facilitated Access Card): For guests with recognized Long Term Chronic Diseases

What the Priority Access Pass Includes:

  • Priority access to attractions, shows, and parades
  • Priority access at character meet & greets (Selfie Spots)
  • Priority at restaurant and shop checkouts
  • Accompaniment by up to 4 people for attractions/shows
  • Accompaniment by 2 people for outdoor parades and fireworks
  • 25% discount on Park Tickets or Annual Pass (with valid documentation)

How to Apply:

  1. Request online up to one month before arrival
  2. Have photo taken upon arrival (added to digital pass)
  3. Collect at hotel reception, City Hall, or park entrance ticket desks
  4. Present required documentation (dated within 12 months)

Accepted Documentation:

  • Blue Badge/Parking Permit for People with Disabilities
  • Primary Medical Certificate from Health Service Executive
  • Disability Allowance (DA) documentation
  • Domiciliary Care Allowance (DCA)
  • Invalidity pension documentation
  • Nimbus Access Card (must be current)

Service Animals

Guide and assistance dogs are welcomed throughout Disneyland Paris, including on certain attractions. Requirements include:

  • Up-to-date travel documents
  • Proof of vaccination
  • Documentation proving assistance animal status
  • Bring food and water bowl for your animal
  • Access to designated relief areas

Accessible Parking

Designated accessible parking spaces are available in both main and motorhome car parks. Simply present your Blue Badge or European Parking Badge at the payment booth upon arrival.

Family Services

Baby Care Centers

Both parks feature fully equipped Baby Care Centers providing a comfortable environment for families with young children.

Locations:

  • Disneyland Park: Main Street, U.S.A., between Discovery Arcade and Plaza Gardens Restaurant
  • Walt Disney Studios Park: Behind Studio Services, between Studio Services and Studio Photo

Facilities Include:

  • Modern changing tables and private feeding areas
  • Kitchen facilities with microwave and sink
  • Comfortable seating and high chairs
  • Private breastfeeding areas
  • Climate-controlled environment
  • Friendly staff assistance

Lost Children Services

The Baby Care Centers also serve as meeting points for "Lost Parents" (Disney's preferred terminology). If separated from your child:

  1. Contact the nearest Cast Member immediately
  2. Description is broadcast to all park staff
  3. Children are brought to Baby Care Center for reunion
  4. Consider giving children name tags with your mobile number

Medical and Emergency Services

First Aid Centers

Fully equipped First Aid Centers are strategically located throughout the resort with trained medical staff.

  • Disneyland Park: Adjacent to Baby Care Center on Main Street, U.S.A.
  • Walt Disney Studios Park: Near Baby Care Center in Front Lot
  • Disney Village: Central location with extended hours
  • Disney Hotels: Available at each resort hotel

  • Treatment for minor injuries

  • Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) throughout parks
  • Refrigeration for medication storage
