- Brut: The standard, balanced
- Extra Dry: Slightly sweet, aperitif style
- Sec: Medium sweet, with dessert
- Demi-Sec: Sweet, traditional with wedding cake
- Doux: Very sweet, rare today

- Blanc de Blancs: 100% Chardonnay, elegant and mineral
- Blanc de Noirs: White from black grapes (Pinots), fuller body
- Rosé: Either blended or saignée method, festive
By Occasion
- Non-Vintage (NV): House style, consistent, 85% of production
- Vintage: Single exceptional year, age-worthy
- Prestige Cuvée: Top of range, best everything
- Special Club: Group of growers' top wines
- Single Vineyard: Terroir expression
